PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (PMO)
As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will support the planning, coordination, and
execution of projects/programs, working closely with Project Managers and Project/Program
Directors. You will ensure effective resource management, reporting, risk tracking, and
compliance with ICPS policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design project schedules during the preliminary study phase (WBS) with Project
Managers/Directors.
• Participate in setting up project governance processes and management stages.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Manage communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor resource utilization and track project progress.
• Identify, assess, and manage project and portfolio risks.
• Prepare dashboards, periodic reports, and end-of-project reports.
• Deliver presentations and management reports as required.
• Follow up on action items from project governance committees.
• Monitor and update project budgets and report progress to Finance.
• Track workloads and resource allocation (consumed, achieved, remaining work, schedule)
• Monitor and validate timesheets for internal and external resources.
• Ensure accuracy of resource consumption and invoicing.
• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timelines, budget, and required specifications.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile PM, etc.) is an advantage.
Technical Skills
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, Java, and C.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Card Management Systems (preferably PowerCARD) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of payment schemes and project management tools/processes.
Core Competencies
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of process improvement and best practices.
• Good understanding of standards and products within the payments industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on delivery.
