SALES CONSULTANT
We are looking for a Sales Consultant who will be responsible for generating revenue from net new
customers within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will execute strategic sales plans, build
strong client relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development & Prospecting
• Build and qualify a strong pipeline of prospects
• Promote the HPS brand and create awareness of our capabilities
• Represent HPS values in a professional manner
• Engage with potential clients and build trust
• Develop a deep understanding of the assigned territory
Revenue Generation
• Deliver compelling value propositions via presentations and proposals
• Lead and manage negotiations with prospects through to closure
• Collaborate with internal teams (project, legal, etc.) during the sales cycle
• Ensure smooth handover to the account management and project teams
• Achieve defined revenue targets from net new customers
Territory Strategy & Reporting
• Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing team to fine-tune regional approaches
• Maintain accurate and timely sales reports for the Sales Director
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge
• Strong understanding of the payments industry ecosystem
Technical Skills
• Sales strategy and sales management expertise
• Experience with PowerCARD products is an advantage
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
