About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer with a passion for operational excellence and innovation, who thrives on automating processes, solving complex problems, and mentoring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Driving Operational Excellence: Identify recurring challenges, define KPIs, and develop a continuous improvement roadmap.
• Building and Automating: Use tools like Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Git, and Nexus to design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• Enhancing Stability and Quality: Mentor DevOps engineers, implement best practices, and ensure robust system architectures.
• Documenting Technical Specifications: Define clear technical guidelines and standards to improve efficiency and security.
• Deploy updates and fixes to maintain system functionality.
• Design, develop, and test new features.
• Analyze root causes of production errors and resolve them.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
• Automate development and release processes.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and outcomes.
• Mentor colleagues and promote skill development.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in DevOps.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Git, Nexus).
• Proficiency in Bash/Python scripting and Linux environments (RedHat, AIX).
• Experience with AWS and cloud automation.
• Working knowledge of development stacks (Java, C, PLSQL, Maven, NPM).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and security best practices.
• Bonus: WebSphere, WebLogic, Jira, Bitbucket, ITIL/Scrum.
• Results-driven with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
