About the Role:
We are seeking Sales Consultant responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new customers within
the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales plans, cultivate
strong client relationships, and represent our brand with the highest level of professionalism and
integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development & Prospecting
• Build and qualify a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Promote the HPS brand and create awareness of our capabilities.
• Represent HPS values in a professional manner.
• Engage with potential clients and build trust.
• Develop a deep understanding of the assigned territory.
Revenue Generation
• Deliver compelling value propositions via presentations and proposals.
• Lead and manage negotiations with prospects through to closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams (project, legal, etc.) during the sales cycle.
• Ensure smooth handover to the account management and project teams.
• Achieve defined revenue targets from net new customers.
Territory Strategy & Reporting
• Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to fine-tune regional approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales reports for the Sales Director.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• 5–8 years of professional experience in the payments industry or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of the payment’s ecosystem, including card issuing, acquiring, and
digital payment solutions.
• Proven experience in sales strategy, account management, and sales target achievement.
• Experience with card payment products or solutions such as PowerCard is an advantage.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, particularly with banks, fintechs, or
merchants.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and deliver results in a competitive
environment.
