Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Group in consolidating and expanding its client base and geographical coverage in view of winning new business opportunities.
• Provide training and consultancy services to respective clients in relation to back-office related operations - including but not limited to reconciliation and settlement, fraud & chargeback, business
• Provide coaching to team members towards the building of a learning organisation and identify the training needs of team members with a view to upskilling them and creating a conducive work environment.
• Conduct market analysis to drive new products and predict customer behaviour with the goal of improving business relationships, assisting in customer retention, and driving sales growth.
• Retrieve and update reports and statistics on activities, trends, and results relating to the sector of activity for continuous improvement and for reporting purposes
• Oversee the settlement of Card transactions to/from Card schemes to ensure that same is performed without financial implications as and when required.
• Contribute to achieving the group’s strategic objectives by supporting and monitoring the implementation of related initiatives through data mining, provision of analytics, financial performance reviews, and analysis.

Job Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking or ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified.
• At least 8 years within the banking industry / financial sector, with relevant experience in Cards & Payment business and back-office operations.
• Self-starter with excellent planning, organising, and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
•Able to make a difference by partnering with people.
