1. 'SUPPORT ENGINEER'
Responsibilities:

• Provide IT Service Support to customers by interacting with them by phone or through IT systems and perform technical diagnosis, update and resolve issues logged;
• Analyse and solve technical, system and production issues, and document resolutions/workarounds, update technical documentations and test scripts;
• Provide and implement system performance assessment and recommendations to improve efficiency;
• Execute recommendations following approval from the service provider;
• Follow up with the Project Team for handing over of procedures and on new projects moved to production;
• Master the full architecture implemented at ICPS and follow up on issues encountered;
• Provide regular, concise and clear feedback on work progress to the Team Leader and other stakeholders;
• Escalate promptly anticipated risks, schedule variances/delays, scope changes and potential issues/concerns for timely resolution;
• Improve existing processes and/or propose innovative methods/to improve work efficiency.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent qualification;
• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing environment for Support Level 2;
• Knowledge of Cards Business or Payment solutions would be an advantage;
• Fully Conversant with SQL Server/Oracle 10g or above, MySql, Access, C++/C, UNIX, PL/SQL.

2. ‘PROJECT ENGINEER’

As ‘Project Engineer’, you will be working in a constantly evolving environment to ensure that ICPS strategy is being achieved. You will have to create, maintain, and improve systems to meet customers’needs within set timeframe. As part of the deliveries of PowerCARD solution, you will need to ensure specifications study, configuration, test assistance, and delivery of part or all the software to achieve a successful and efficient integration.

Detailed Description

Solution Adaptation:

• Based on the gap analysis, define, describe, and validate the solution, carry out specific developments to meet the customer's needs;
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients;
• Define technology, patterns, and architecture to be used for new projects or to improve existing processes;
• Create diagnostic programs, design, and write code to ensure efficiency of different system and to make recommendations for future developments when required.

Configuration and Integration:

• Configuration and integration of online and back-office parts: online interfaces, batch, etc.;
• Integrate existing software products and get incompatible platforms to work together;
• Create technical specifications;
• Write systems to control the scheduling of jobs or to control the access allowed to users or remote systems;
• Write operational documentation with technical leads.

Testing:

• Active participation in developing and implementing testing strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts base on payment technical specifications;
• Technical design of complex systems to increase the value added service offerings of ICPS;
• Perform SIT tests (Regression test and integration test) and debugging;
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems.

Certification:
• Manage certification with intermediaries (Visa, Mastercard, …) to approve the solution andinterfaces.

Acceptance Tests:
• Assist the customer in the acceptance phase;
• Test and maintain production environment;
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.

MTP and post Go To live:
• Prepare and deliver the MTP file to the client and ensure the handover with support Team;
• Ensure that all new features and functions are released with the end user experience in mind;
• Implement strategies for continuous deployments while ensuring high availability on production and pre-production systems;
• Proactively assess business processes and implement technology as solutions to enhance efficiency through automation and integration;
• Provide technical and functional training to customers for services provided by ICPS;
• Ensure that all project related tasks are completed within agreed timelines with minimum defects and no regression.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field;
• At least 5 years’ work experience in Payment’s industry, with ability to quickly grasp concepts relating to customisation;
• Prior exposure to any Card Management System (preferably PowerCARD), Payment Scheme Business or Project Management will be an advantage;
• Hands-on experience in Configuration Management and Deployment tools;
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing software;
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle, Java, UNIX, C and C++;
• Strong functional knowledge in standards processes and products of Payment’s industry;
• Proven results-oriented person with main focus on delivery;
• Experience working in an Agile environment;
• Good knowledge of DevOps principles;
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage functional and technical stakeholders across multiple business units.

3. ‘PROJECT MANAGER’

As ‘Project Manager’, you will be working in a constantly evolving environment to ensure solutions implemented are in line with ICPS strategy. You will drive, implement projects, manage activities, teams, and relationships with all stakeholders (internal & external)to ensure configuration, integration and testing of its solutions, in compliance with contractual SLAs.

Detailed Description

Guarantee the organization of the project:

• Contribute to the analysis and drafting of the preliminary study;
• Assistance in the operational translation of expressions of needs in line with the implementation constraints;
• Proactive anticipation of gaps and come up with innovative solutions;
• Adherence to the project methodology and establishing the required framework to conduct the detailed study till production release;
• Keep abreast of the payment industry evolution to add more technical value to the ICPS service offerings;
• Conduct project estimates as per business requirements;
• Devise risk management plan – Risk identification, Impact assessment, explore alternative solutions and monitor risk.

Guarantee the conduct and completion of the project:

• Coordinate activities and ensure collective commitment to the project;
• Continuous project progress monitoring, effective task delegation and ensure timely completion of each milestone;
• Ensure the documentation drafting and specifications necessary for a good understanding of the project;
• Responsible for defining the project RASCI;
• Ensure consistency and controls delegated actions;
• Monitor the use of resources, alerts on risks and proposes action plans according to the progress of the projectand ensure the delivery of solutions;
• Action on training needs of the project team;
• Ensure a proper handing over process to the required team with all supporting documents and systems for a smooth continuity.

Manage communication around the project:

• Efficient and effective stakeholder management and providing project overview to all entities;
• Organize meetings and validation committees, write reports, communicate on the progress of the project;
• Broadcasting of dashboard with Status & Tracking along with related KPIs to aid decision making;
• Conduct project closure, post mortem and related reporting and administrative closure activities.

Guarantee the quality of the project and its progress:

• Develop the project plan and lead the project in compliance with the standards in force in the company;
• Ensure that the quality commitment is respected throughout the project;
• Ensure compliance with commitments in terms of costs, scope and schedule;
• Contribute to the improvement of indicators and tools for measuring the quality of the project;
• Ensure the transfer of the project to the support team to guarantee optimal customer follow-up.<

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field;
• A Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile PM, etc.);
• At least 11 years’ work experience in Project Management;
• Prior exposure toa Card Management System (preferably PowerCARD), Payment Scheme or Business acumen will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of Project Management techniques, methods and process development and continuous improvement;
• Excellent Knowledge of PLSQL, UNIX, C, C++, Java HTML, Jasper,Shell Unix&flex;
• Experience in People Management;
• Experience of DevOps and Agile principles;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people and support relationships between other departments, and the customers.

4. ‘DEVOPS ENGINEER’
Job Description

As ‘DevOps Engineer’, you will analyze, design, and implement strategies for continuous integration and continuous deployment while ensuring high availability on pre-production and production systems.

Detailed Description
• Integration of fixes, features, and patches on applications;
• Establishing a continuous integration (CI) environment to accelerate software deployment and development processes;
• Create and maintain the end-to-end continuous delivery (CD) toolchain;
• Setup tools to perform automated testing of applications;
• Collect data and expose blind spots in applications and infrastructure, and monitor services to build reliable systems;
• Automate routine processes with proper tools;
• Automate tracking of applications deployed in production;
• Investigate and resolve technical issues;
• Document each and every process;
• Improve and automate development & release processes;
• Introduce quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle;
• Work with developers and engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended;
• Translate technical information into readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor's degree in Information and communications technology (ICT) or related field;
• At least 2 years’ work experience as Software Tester or DevOps Engineer;
• Proficiency with server-side languages Java, PHP, HTML, JS, and SQL;
• Experience with Cloud Architecture AWS/AZURE;
• Expertise in operating Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages like Python, Perl, and Shell;

5. ‘SYSTEM ENGINEER’

As ‘System Engineer’, you will be responsible to install, configure and administer ICT infrastructure hardware, including operating systems, utility, and infrastructure-based software to offer high availability and optimal service to users.

Detailed Description
• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Operating System and application software by proposing specifications and flowcharts, recommending optimum access techniques, and coordinating installation requirements;
• Promptly address incidents and document network problems and resolution;
• Investigate, diagnose, test, and repair system, hardware, software, and infrastructure to offer optimal service to customers;
• Evaluate software/patches and perform testing prior to implementation;
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure;
• Define, maintain and regularly test resiliency strategies;
• Ensure security of the entire production/DR system architecture;
• Work closely with IT Security Team for user management and perform audit and security checks;
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes;
• Define operational procedures and create system documentation;<br< • Assist in the implementation and testing of the Disaster Recovery solution for business continuity.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field;
• At least 2 years of work experience in system design and implementation of systems, software, and network;
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting UNIX/Linux-based environments;
• Experience in AIX and IBM servers management;
• Knowledge of networking essentials and VOIP system;
• Knowledge of SAN, UNIX, Cisco Network, Big IP F5, SSL, VPN, IPSec, SFTP, TCP/IP, DNS, E- mail;
• Knowledge of Windows Operating System, VMware, and databases;
• Proven results-oriented person with a focus on delivery;

• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people and concerned stakeholders.

Other Requirements
• Ability to provide on-call support 24/7 on a roster basis for the production environment.
